7:00 – SEVA board is introduced and first time attendees are welcomed.

7:15 – Report on upcoming SEVA events. Car show season is beginning!

SUMMER CAR SHOWS

• April 21 – Bellevue College EARTH DAY! 10am to 2pm in the courtyard near the student union building. A prime EV advocacy spot in the main courtyard on the busy Bellevue College campus! Bring your EV to share with the younger generations. Plentiful charging is available right in the courtyard with >15 120V wall outlets a NEMA 14-50 and a J1772. President Johnsen can bring a 50A charger for conversion vehicles if needed. Sign up at tonight’s
• April 23 – Whidbey Island E-Bikes, EVs and Green Transportation Show 12noon to 4pm a nice show with nearby charging on scenic Whidbey Island put on by our own Tim Economu
• Sunday May 8 – SEVA Spring EV show at the Issaquah Triple X!
• Sunday May 22 – RE*FUEL races at Laguna Seca near sunny Monterey California 8am to 5:30pm (re gistration is open but spots may already be full for racing) Plenty of room for spectators this is THE premier EV road racing event in the country and Tesla brings out 2 mobile Superchargers just for the EVent and Nissan usually brings a CHAdeMO station! Teslas, Rav4EVs, Chevy sparks and all sorts of conversions including an AC cobra, a Ferrari and various Porsches and VWs will all compete for trophies. There are even motorcycles and go-karts racing.
• Sunday June 19 – Fenders on Front Street in Issaquah
• Saturday June 25 – SEVA’s huge Greenwood Car Show. Sign up forms will be available at the meeting!
• Sunday June 26 – Pikes Peak Intl. Hill Climb in Colorado.
• July 23 – Shoreline Solar Fest and EV car show! 10Am to 5pm at Shoreline College Campus. Come show off your EVs and check out all the solar vendors!
• July 24 – Renton River Days Car show in Renton WA at Liberty or Carco Park.
• September 10 through 18 is National Drive Electric Week and our big show is at the Issaquah Triple X Rootbeer location once more on September 18th!
