About the EV Charge Site Directory

A concern, real or imagined, of many EV drivers is the possibility of overreaching their EVs range and getting stranded in an unfamiliar part of town with no friendly outlet in sight. This fear perhaps prevents the wider use of the few EVs there are on the road in the Puget Sound area.

Experienced EVers are very aware of their range limitations and would be rarely in a position to have to make an unplanned charge stop. But even if one never had occasion to charge away from home or work, knowing where the nearest charging sites were, might inspire confidence.

How to get on the list

We invite members of the electric vehicle community (past, present or future) who may be willing to offer a charging site to submit the information in the fields below. You may do this by clicking the "New" tab of the form above and completing the fields. Basic contact information such as Name, Zip, Neighborhood, City, and Phone is required; other fields are helpful but optional. Email addresses should be entered with "(at)" spelled out instead of "@" in order to help thwart email address-harvesting spambots. Remember to check your information before clicking "Submit". If you make a mistake in what you submit, you will need to contact me by one of the methods below to correct it. Needless to say, you may place whatever restrictions or conditions on the use of your charging site.
