Hear the advantages and disadvantages of all forms of electric vehicles including street vehicles, both freeway capable and NEV's (Neighborhood Electric Vehicles) electric racing, electric boats, electric assisted bicycles, and scooters. Bio-Diesel, Ethanol, CNG, wind power, and solar power, and the vibrant movement toward Plug-In Hybrid cars will be discussed.

Topics covered will include: general overview of popular suitable batteries for EVs; comparison of costs and specs on various batteries available; calculating the kWhr rating of my pack; how to extend battery life; charging and recycling of batteries.
