[edit] December 12th 2006 Minutes
The Spirit was Upon us All
Many Thanks to Mark and Kandi Dodrill for hosting the 2006 Holiday SEVA Meeting. It was a grand success. Lots of good things to eat and lots of good EV Conversations In every chair and corner of the kitchen, dining room and living room.
We had 3 EV’s show up. Two S10 Electrics, and a Sparrow.
Rich brought good news of yet a 4th Prius Conversion, and it is one of our OWN. Kent Bakke is going to install Valence Li-Ion batteries in this system.
Charles Huckeby brought a Chinese Electric Bike that he is trying to sell for a Mere $275. Contact him if you are interested.
What was most rewarding, next to all the wonderful food, and Dodrill Hospitality Was all the New faces. We hope to see them all at the January meeting.
OTHER NEWS on my TO-DO list, is a radio interview with Air America AM1090 Here in Seattle on the 28th of December. I don’t think it is live. I will let you all know When it will air…
One little departure from the normal "sign-in" sheet, was a column titled.. "What do you want for Christmas.." The TOP PICK... A Tesla Roadster, followed by large Li-Ion Battery packs...
We are sorry that more folks couldn't make it. You were all missed.
