Picked up a used 2011 Nissan Leaf with a weak battery hoping the capacity would fall before the warranty but it wasn't cooked quite enough.

    • The dealer will have to reprogram the VCM after the battery swap.
    • ...do not see anything related to "seal" the extra plug on the newer battery which is for the TCU (heating).
    • ...need to be able to program the pack's controller ID into your car's VCM, and that simply can't be done without an IC card containing the controller's ID and Nissan's Consult III+ software [2]
      • ...move modules from a 2015 pack into 2011 housing and keep your old controller
