November 9th 2010 Meeting

November Meeting Minutes by Deb. Seymour (

GREAT meeting last night!

I am absolutely tickled pink that Metro Vanpool is sticking their necks out and getting 30 Leafs to add their fleet. What a show of EV support! Wish *I* was in a VanPool/Eligable group ! Thanks for having actual printed out maps of all the King County Metro up-and-coming charge stations spots, both public and private.

The online version can be found at

As I am not, I *will* be emailing around to friends who are. thanks, Jeff Finn, for making a connection with and bringing our guest speaker from Metro, Syd Pawlowski. I appreciated the speaker's get-to-the point speech and willingness to tailor his presentation to the audience at hand

Loved Dave Cloud's racing-mobile (sorry Dave- can't remember it's name either! :-))

Thomas True- what a grand opportunity to have access to the unused Boeing Space for EV Parts and any other EV-related groups that wish to jump in. Wow!

Steve Lough: Thanks for the awesome photos of the 5th Plug-In America party! Seeing the PIA ads was awesome and I'm sending the YouTube versions around to friends, Facebook Friends. But the best was seeing our own Dan Davids costumed as an oil spill worker.

Stephen Johnsen: congrats on the S10's "Lithiumizing" (new word for dictionary?) You've given new meaning to the words "Caution: Ice"

Speaking of "Lithiumizing": To my "not-cousin" Gene Seymour: Niiiicceeeee install job on 2008 ZENN ! You've got me thinking about it for Zoe ZENN car. where do you get all the awesome colored blinking lights, anyway? Give us all a full report on the range/battery cycles when you can now that the ZENN has completed it's maiden lithium voyage!

For All Who Weren't There. see what you missed?!!?! (And I missed you too!)

( Thanks Deb, for doing the Meeting Minutes for me this time. How'd you like the JOB Permanently ?? As before, if any one has anything to ADD, just Do it.. That is what is all about. Steve Lough, pres. )
