If there are more than one event on a given day, then make the == Header == at the top of the page include a short description of both events so that they will both appear in the summary for that day. Then create two or more === Sub Headers === (Notice the 3 = signs instead of 2) for each separate event on that day.

{{EVents}}[[Category:EVents]]
== First EVent & Another EVent Also ==
=== First EVent ===
First Event details and description text goes here.
===Another EVent Also===
Details for the another event also go right here.

You can also add ==== Sub Sub Headers ==== for an event if there is a lot of information for that event, perhaps someone might want to add a ==== Photos ==== section. The simplest way to add photos is to upload them to the site (you may need to ask for an account to do this). Take a look at the Photos page for a list of EVents that had photos added.

Then just list them in a gallery block.

Additional [[Category:]] tags can be added to the top of the page, we do not use many categories at the moment, but they help to organize pages and help visitors find related pages. For example there might be a Tesla Category and any event with a Tesla at it could have the Tesla category.

King County and WestStart host national clean vehicles conference

Clean vehicles, the technologies behind them and the fuels that make them go will take center stage this fall when King County and non-profit WestStart company host the first ever national clean vehicles conference at Qwest Field in Seattle.

Clean Vehicles Now! is aimed at shaping policies and building support for real actions today that will combat climate instability and fossil fuel dependence.

Qwest Field
Seattle, WA
Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Keynote speaker for the event is Terry Tamminen, former Cal-EPA director, top environmental advisor to Governor Schwarzenegger and author of Lives per Gallon. He will join clean vehicle industry leaders, policy makers, climate transportation experts and car, truck and bus fleet users invited to take part in this first of its kind event. http://www.metrokc.gov/exec/cleanvehiclesnow

Event co-sponsor King County, led by Executive Ron Sims, has been at the forefront in identifying the impacts of global warming, and cutting emissions and greenhouse gas pollution through the use of innovative green technologies and policies. In 2007, King County adopted a comprehensive Climate Plan to identify and recommend concrete actions for mitigating and adapting to a warmer planet.

Co-sponsor WestStart is North America's leading non-profit organization working with businesses and the public sector to develop and use clean, efficient transportation solutions. The partnership is based on a joint track record of developing purchasing coalitions to invest in clean cars, trucks and buses.

Participants will receive hands-on demonstrations of currently available clean vehicles and their related technologies and fuels, and learn how to break down perceived barriers to their widespread purchase and use, and how to get them on the streets now.

Participants will also learn how to invest in clean vehicles, technologies and fuels, and build new connections and partnerships to help shape policies and develop support for making clean vehicle investments today.

This special event will be followed by a two-day Hybrid Truck Users Forum (HTUF) National Meeting sponsored by WestStart on September 20-21, 2007 at Qwest Field. Steve Marx and SeattlePI article

A few weeks ago I gave my friend, Joe Copeland, a ride in my Ranger EV to a Mariners"\' game. I also mentioned I was showing my car at Clean Vehicles Now. As a result, here's his editorial: http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/opinion/332698_eved.html Just shows what a small step for man can do!
