Chart

[metaslider id=158090]

EV Specifications

The chart below provides more detailed information about each electric vehicle currently available for sale in Washington State. Here’s a description of the attributes being presented:

Vehicle Type – is the vehicle powered only by batteries (All Electric) or does it have an on-board gas engine that serves as an electric generator to extend the range of vehicle using gasoline (All Electric w/Gas Generator).

Battery Pack Size – the amount of electrical energy stored in the vehicles primary battery, measured in kWHr. Vehicles typically get 3-4 miles to the kWHr in real world driving so that will give you an idea of the rough range for a given battery pack size.

Vehicle Charger – the maximum rate of charge at which the vehicle was designed to charge. Higher kW charging rates generally means the vehicle can be charged more quickly using any charger.

Max EPA Range (Battery Only) – the maximum distance you can travel on battery alone as measured by the EPA.

Hours to Charge Battery to 80% using DC Fast Charger – this is the approximate number of hours required to charge the vehicle to 80% of it’s stated Battery Capacity from a completely discharged battery (i.e. empty battery). DC Fast Chargers are designed to charge vehicles only to 80% of battery capacity because fast charging beyond that can damage the battery.

Hours to Charge Battery to 100% using 110V Outlet – this is the approximate number of hours required to charge the vehicle to 100% of it’s stated Battery Capacity from a completely discharged battery (i.e. empty battery) when using a normal 110V outlet.

Hours to Charge Battery to 100% using a Level II Charger – this is the approximate number of hours required to charge the vehicle to 100% of it’s stated Battery Capacity from a completely discharged battery (i.e. empty battery) when using a 220V Level II charger.

<table style="font-size: 60%;" border="1" width="630" cellspacing="0"
