An Earth Day EVENT on Whidbey Island… I think Chris and Dave Barden are going to attend.

Other business:

An apology to Gary, though he was the first on my list of topics to speak about, I almost forgot him. He brought up his desire to see some research into the relative cost of gas and gas vehicles from the standpoint of what we call Well To Wheels, i.e. everything that goes into production, distribution, etc. Also he brought up the desire to see electric assisted bicycles and their adaptation studied.

We had a review of the classes at SSCC. Chris talked about his Mazda PU conversion. Barb outlined future classes, and we had Ben Taves from SSCC here also

Dave Cloud spoke of his involvement in the XPrize. He has invested a lot of time and money to enter. We all wish him well. It will keep him busy for the next year and then some.

Some future Events coming in May: MC EV to give away a new ZENN automobile on Saturday May 2nd. At their dealership. All our invited to come.

May 2nd, Lacy Washington. Electrathon Racing

As before… Please feel free to send out an E-Mail or modify the wiki Posting of these minutes at our web site if I have forgotten something important.
