6:00 – 6:30pm Attendees arrive early to visit partner tables and talk with experts/representatives and view vehicles.

6:30-8:05 pm Welcome attendees, Introduce and Watch film.

8:05-8:10 pm Quick break.

8:15-8:45pm Community Discussion with local alternative transportation experts from the SEATTLE EV ASSOCIATION

After the movie we have a small short panel session so that the public can ask random questions about work related to alternative transportation movement. Of course we would love your participation on our panel of experts and also perhaps an electric vehicle we can park in the lot. We also have space for any educational/information material your organization may have. For our last film we expected about 40 people and had 100 people fill the room - it was really fun.

We look forward to having the Seattle Electric Vehicle Association’s participation. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Best regards,
