There have been many new developments in electric bicycles. Do you want to buy a purpose-built bike, install a conversion kit, or build the whole thing from scratch? What about motor, battery, and power controller selection? Do you want a pedal-assist system, power-on-demand hybrid, or a dedicated electric motorcycle? Should it have two, three, or even four wheels? Should you consider aerodynamics or weather protection? How about cargo or room for an extra passenger? What are the local ordinances governing the use of electric bikes? These are some of the questions this two-hour introductory course will cover.
