Germany’s innogy acquires EVSE maker BTCPower, with an eye on the US market
By Charles Morris EV technology provider innogy e-mobility, a subsidiary of German electric utility Innogy SE, has announced the acquisition of California-based EVSE manufacturer BTCPower.
The transaction is expected to provide innogy with a full DC product portfolio for the North American market, as well as access to increased production capabilities.
