I live on Lopez Island and I'm looking for something in the <$4000 range that ideally is a solid vehicle that can accommodate a passenger for dropping the kid at soccer practice, etc. Would be nice if it is eligible for the tax deduction. Any suggestions? The EVT 4000e Electric Vespa looks promising.

Hi,

It might be worthwhile for you to come to MC Electric vehicles in Seattle to check out the E-Moto line.  The G-4 or G-3 might work for you.
