Status of West Coast Green Highway

Does anyone know the status of the West Coast Green Highway? There were supposed to be L2 and L3 charging stations along I-5 near Ridgefield, Longview, Centralia, Olympia, Burlington, and Bellingham with three more on US-2 near Snohomish, Monroe and Leavenworth.  Also two at I-5 rest areas near Custer and Gee Creek.  I believe I saw a Youtube video about the one at Leavenworth, but I haven't hear news of the others.

The reason I ask is that I'm in Maryland, and there is talk about doing something similar along I-95 between Washington DC and Boston.  I'm in the Electric Vehicle Association of Washington DC (www.evadc.org), and I'm getting my Leaf next month.  The West Coast Green Highway web site says they were all to be done by Nov. 30, 2011.  Are they going to make the goal?

Good news!  A fast charger was installed in Centralia at the Wendy's in late-June.  I just made my first trip to Longview and back successfully.  I spent the night Saturday in Longview with my folks for two reasons: to talk longer AND I had read on another forum that a guy's battery heated up alot from using two chargers in warm weather.  So just fyi, the details on my trip were:
Left West Seattle early on 8/10 with 82 miles on gauge.  The temp gauge was at 5 out of 10 bars, with outside temps about 62F.  Topped off with a slow charger at the Lott Clean Water facility in Oly, (really nice fountain) for 20 min, then fast charged in Centralia.  (Had less than 5 mi on the gauge when pulling into the Wendy's.)  Post-fast charge (and closer to 10:30 a.m.) the temp bars were at 6.  I noticed it didn't fully charge the battery to 100%, but cut off around 90%.  There were 82 miles on the gauge post-charge.  But easily made it to the Nissan dealer in Longview for a slow charger that gave me 115 miles on the gauge.  On the way home on Sunday, I stopped again in Centralia, and the fast-charger only gave me 70 miles on the gauge.  So I plugged the car back in a second time, and got it to charge up to 89% of the battery, which the car reported as 78 miles.  I knew I couldn't make it home on that, so I searched for another fast charger, and learned there is one at 6131 Capitol Blvd SE in Oly.  I stopped there on the way home and quick-charged for ten minutes, getting the battery back up to 88% full (78 miles).  The temp bars never went above 6.  The outside temp was about 74 at that time. (about 11:00, 8/11)
So all in all, a great trip, and basically FREE (compared to the $150 it would've cost me in deisel).  I don't know what the other guy's problem was with his temp gauge going up using two quick-charges, unless he was maybe charging with the outside temps around 90F.  I also kept my speeds below 65, and about 58 going uphill.  No a/c or lights used...none needed.  Nice trip.
