I just took delivery of my Current Motor Company Deluxe C130 scooter (http://www.currentmotor.com/motorcycles/deluxe/) and was shocked (pun intended) to be charged $587.90 for WA Use Tax (1726).

I assumed electric motorcycles/scooters were exempt just like other EVs sold in this state, but have been unable to find any RCW/WAC reference to the EV tax exemption extending to motorcycles.

Does anyone have any info regarding motorcycle use tax exemption?
