What is a neuton mower?? 

 
What is torqe demand of tractor drive and of the blade (not to get too technical mind you but if you dont know the torque you are dead in the water).  What size is the gas engine on existing riding unit.  What is RPM?  If you know these values then you can derive a guess for torque.  OR take a guess and divide engine HP by 2 and use that to select motor HP.  If you can match RPM for RPM assuming you go with a single motor.
