Another Group Buy - Headway 38120S LiFePO4 cells 10Ah

Hi Guys,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm in Kirkland, building a couple e-bikes and have been planning to buy these cells for a while. Travis Gintz down in Portland is organizing a group buy and I thought some of you might be interested. Only loose cells are available. The price is currently $18/cell plus the cost of shipping from Portland to you, but further discounts will be negotiated once he has a better idea of how large the order will be. The discount will be more if we can get over 1000 cells, and people have already committed to something like 750 so it's getting pretty close. The more cells get ordered the lower the price will be, so I'm trying to spread the word. Here's the link:

Update:
These are large cylindrical cells capable of 15C peak output, with screw terminals on the ends for easy pack assembly - perfect for an ebike or motorcycle conversion project, and much less expensive than PSI/BMI/LiFeBATT or A123 cells.

The original $18/cell price estimate included air shipping to Portland, and assumed we would not reach the 1000 cell discount. Apparently the plan is now to ship the cells from China to Seattle, possibly via sea if the organizer decides the additional delay is worth the cost savings. People have committed to buying about 830 cells so far -- if you're interested please click the link above and let Travis know so he can negotiate the price based on a good estimate of the order size -- the price may very well drop if the order ships via sea and/or people order over 1000 cells.

The order deadline is moving up to Thursday May 7, and BMS circuits are also available now.
Pricing is as below:
Each cell is currently $16.50 each. These are 38120S cells with screw terminals. 10Ah, 3.2V cells.
The 36v BMS with continuous discharging current of 60A and max. of 80A is 45usd/piece
The 48v BMS with continuous discharging current of 60A and max. of 100A is 55usd/piece
The 72v BMS with continuous discharging current of 60A to 100A, and max. of 400A is 80USD/piece
