Camano Island Road Rally - Saturday, May 30.  Beginning at 10 am, a rally of vintage, electric vehicles and bicycles will start at Chase Way and travel the recently completed reconstruction of Camano Hill Road.  We want to recognize past, present and future road users including cyclists and hope you'll find the road to meet multi-modal needs long into the future.  Island County Commissioner John Dean will be on hand to start this creative rally (a state legislator that lives locally is also invited but hasn't yet confirmed).  We're counting on the weather to cooperate and give you one more incentive to enjoy a pleasant drive around scenic Camano Island.  For more info, contact Randy Brackett, 360.678.7954 or randyb@co.island.wa.us.
