Hi Dave Cloud,
I am at that critical point in my conversion when you adapt a motor to a transmission.
Several meetings ago you described a process of making one yourself. I know I would find a recap very useful so I'm sure others on the forum would too.
What method of attachment do you prefer direct shaft coupling or hub to flywheel?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ( pictures would be great too ).
Regards,
Justin

You could also ask Matt at X-Ray Auto. 789-5455
He has a machinist named Denny working in the back of his building who built a really nice adaptor plate to mount an 8" Advanced DC motor to a 1965 Volvo transmission.
