I bought a used Dynasty IT Sedan that emits expensive-sounding "klunk" noises from around the gearbox.  This is according to my mechanic, who did authorized service on a few Dynasty IT Cars before they sold the company (at which point they came and took all their equipment and stuff back); he even replaced an axle once.  But he needs a manual for some sort of clue, and we probably need to order some transmission-type parts.  Does anyone have a repair manual to share, or any insight into this issue?

Oh, and I already tried contacting the company in Pakistan that bought Dynasty Moto, Karakoram Motors.  If anyone knows how to reach Danny Epp, that would also help.  Or if you know what the chassis and drivetrain are based upon.  Someone throw me a bone here...  !

we have a 2006 it car that is making noises too. we do have a manual that we would be glad to send you. it shows the car having a dc motor and 1440 controller ours was upgraded to an ac motor and a 1238 controller. we have replaced the gearbox, encoder, had the engine rebuilt and it still won't run when you put it so wheels off the ground it turns with no noise but when pedal pushed the speed doesn't change and when you put it on the ground it grinds, squeels, and then the motor heats up. we need someone who knows 1238 controllers to check this one and we bought the gearbox from the guy at dynasty but the thing is this car only had 200 miles on it it's like new.
