This is one of the most powerful DC motors available. There is nothing like it out there. WARNING: this motor is NOT an ordinary motor, and should be handled with GREAT care. It is capable of serious power and should always be completely secured before applying any power to it.

It was used during testing and one BattleBot match where it performed beautifully. It spun a 30LB blade at 3400 rpm... VERY dangerous! It is wrapped to avoid metal particles getting into the magnets during battle and the large clamps keep it front shattering the case.

ELECTRIC VEHICLES: You can unwrap if you want and the clamps are not necessary.

PULLEYS & BELT NOT INCLUDED: But available for an additional $100. It is pictured with a pair of custom-machined aluminum pulleys and 2" reinforced belt that I can remove if you don't need it. Pulleys are 1:1 ratio and are mounted in 1/4" steel carrier with bronze bushings.

24V to 48V      72rpm per volt (3456rpm @ 48V)
20.8 pounds
7.91" diameter
5.64" length
7/8" shaft with 3/16" keyway and 3/8-16 Tapped center
Torque constant: 1.14 in-lb/Amp (0.13 Nm/Amp)
15 horsepower max
