Hello,  I am converting a VW Rabbit in Sequim and would like to talk with others in the area about assembly issues.
Thanks,  John

Hi John,

I'm in Sequim also, but I'm a complete EV newbie, not much help here. Regardless, I would love to come over sometime and check out what you're doing, though... I am hoping to start a Nissan pickup conversion soon. A lady I work with has a converted TR7, we just set her up with her own reserved EV parking space at our factory in Carlsborg.

Have you tried calling evparts and asking when Roderick will be there? I was in there a couple of weeks back and Joanne said Rod was trying to be at the Sequim location about three days a week... if you could catch him while he was there, I bet he could answer some questions for you...

-Norm.

Feel free to talk about it right here. I converted a Rabbit Pickup with parts from Electro-Auto (but not  a complete kit.) Others in the PNW have done Electro-Auto Rabbit conversions.

How can we help (short of being there, that takes a bit longer)?

Paul,  Thanks, but I have tracked down a few interested parties a bit closer to home. I just today posted pics of my EV on evalbum.com.

I live in west Port Angeles and am planning on converting a late 90s Ranger. John, are you still working on the Rabbit in Sequim? It's a different vehicle to be sure, but I would sure like to have a chance to look it over and talk to someone with some real experience at this.
I haven't made it to EV Parts in Sequim yet but plan to soon. Are there others in the PA Sequim area involved in EV conversions?
