Just a little FYI.

There is a small EV start-up from Eugene called Arcimoto that is coming for the Seattle Auto show from the 11th to the 15th of November that you might be interested in checking out.

It is a 3wheeler and was just introduced to the world about a month ago.

Here is the technical line up.

Another FYI.

The "Better Place" homepage advocates charging stations and swap-out batteries.  Point-of-sale accounting is modeled after cell-phone accounts, for time used.  Market addressed by Better Place is global in scale.  Not lacking in ambition, they invite partnerships with any government or NGO.

"Better Place is working with governments, businesses and utility companies to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation."  Searching the homepage, one is unable to discern what "working with" means.
