Spotted after getting on the freeway this morning from the Smokey Point area. You can't really read it in the picture but the grey lettering on the back bumper says "Western Washington University"

Anyone know what this is?

That is one of the VIKING cars, probably 30 somethin', and I've seen it at the Biodiesel fair. It's a through-the-road parrallel hybrid with regen, so you can charge up anytime you want.

That is very cool!  Almost Japanese anime style.  Any chance we could get a SEVA field trip together to look at their cars, and more importantly, somebody there to describe the details of each one?  Sounds like they have a lot of interesting stuff.
